Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

At Mandeville Saltlight Sticker Shop, every sticker begins with original artwork and is printed especially for your order.
I want you to love your little piece of art! Because stickers are produced on demand, please review the following policies before placing your order.
1. Custom Orders — All Sales Are Final
All custom and personalized sticker orders are final sale.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:
- Changes of mind.
- Incorrect sizes, designs, or finishes selected by the customer.
- Personal preferences.
- Ordering mistakes made by the customer.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Exceptions: This final-sale policy does not exclude remedies for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, or any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
2. Standard Sticker Orders
Because standard stickers are also printed to order, I do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind.
If you accidentally select the wrong size, design, or finish, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.
I may be able to arrange an exchange for unused, unapplied stickers in their original condition, depending on fulfillment availability.
All voluntary exchanges require prior approval. Additional production costs and shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Something Not Quite Right? I'll Help Make It Right.
If your sticker arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the merchandise and any damaged packaging.
Once I review your request, I'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted.
You will not be charged for an approved replacement of merchandise that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Shipping Charges — Non-Refundable
All shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This includes shipping fees associated with returns, voluntary exchanges, and canceled orders that have already shipped.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping and production costs associated with approved voluntary exchanges.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, an approved replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
5. Sticker Sizes — Every Shape Has Its Own Personality!

Every design has its own unique shape, character, and proportions.

Sticker sizes are measured along the longest side of each design.
The overall width and height vary depending on the artwork's shape and proportions.
Please review your size selection carefully before checkout.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change?
Please contact me immediately after placing your order.
I'll do my best to accommodate changes or cancellations before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled at the customer's request.
Any cancellation or refund required by applicable consumer protection laws will still be honored.
7. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived by its expected delivery date, please contact me with your order number.
I'll investigate the shipment and work with the fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
Confirmed lost shipments and orders that cannot be fulfilled will be addressed through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
Do not return merchandise without prior authorization. If a return is necessary, I'll provide the appropriate instructions.
